Ritika studied Diamond Grading and Jewelry Design at GIA — the Gemological Institute of America, the most respected name in the global jewelry industry. She learned to see stones the way experts do — cut, clarity, color, and craftsmanship.

Shortly after getting married at 21, Ritika's husband quietly submitted her jewelry designs to an international competition in Dubai — without telling her. When the results arrived, she had placed 5th internationally. The certificate changed everything.
