Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewellery purchase, you can request a return within our return window. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Return
✅You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to cancel your purchase for any reason — including if you simply change your mind.
✅ Condition: Items must be returned undamaged, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
⚠️ Important Note on Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings (unless defective).
No returns on Customized/made to order(Precious Gemstones collection)
2. How to Return/Cancel
To cancel an order within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must inform us in writing before the period expires. You can do this by:

📦 Returning Items :
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Deductions for Missing or Damaged Items: If accessories are missing or the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom/Made to order items are final sale.
4. Gemstone Collection – Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-Order Gemstone Collection (Non-Returnable)
Our Gemstone Collection consists of rare and high-value items that are offered strictly on a made-to-order basis. These products are sourced, created, or finished specifically after an order is placed and are not held as regular stock.
By placing an order for a gemstone item, you acknowledge and agree that the product is made-to-order and excluded from standard returns.
5. Sale items
Sale items may be returned within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period only.
Returns outside this period are not accepted for sale items.
Gift Returns
If you received the item as a gift and have proof of purchase, you are entitled to the same return rights as the original purchaser.
